What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ITMG, you’ll be the bridge between big ideas and bigger results. You won’t just run campaigns – you’ll understand why they’re running, and you’ll know what to do when the numbers say it’s time to change direction. You’ll develop engaging digital marketing strategies that span social media, Google advertising, email marketing, and more, owning your work from strategy through execution.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Crafting digital marketing strategies that make clients shine
• Navigating platforms like a pro and placing strategic media buys
• Digging into analytics to figure out what’s working – and what to do about what isn’t
• Creating content calendars and social media promotions that engage
• Collaborating with our team to deliver flawless strategy execution
• Preparing client communications and meeting reports
• Contributing to new business presentations and proposals

 

Who You Are

You’re a rising star with 2-5 years of professional experience and a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You know your way around social media platforms, Google marketing products, and email marketing tools – plus you’re eager to learn what we use.

Most importantly? You think critically and work without needing an example. You ask “why are we doing this?” before “how do I do this?” – and you bring fresh ideas to the table instead of waiting for a checklist. You communicate clearly and write well – client comms and proposals depend on it – and you question the status quo and own the outcome.
